Not everyone gets in — and that's intentional. Techleap is invite-only, reserved for the most ambitious founders and fastest-growing startups in the Netherlands. We monitor the ecosystem and curate each cohort to make sure the people around you are exactly who you want in your corner.
Members must have a meaningful operational footprint in the Netherlands — either headquartered here, with a substantial team based here, or actively building from here. We exist to position Dutch tech globally, so the centre of gravity matters.

No. The Techleap Community is a private, member-led initiative paid for by its members — not by government subsidy. Techleap's publicly-funded work, the Deeptech & Ecosystem programme, runs through a separate not-for-profit entity (Stichting DutchStartHub) and is kept operationally distinct. One mission, separate funding.
Once you're a Connect member, you can apply to join a Circle — a small group of 8 founders or leaders at a similar stage meeting quarterly. Or join a Cities trip — international expansion with curated peers.
