Techleap Community B.V.
Member-led founder community. Funded by membership fees.
Techleap operates as a multi-entity ecosystem, keeping publicly-funded and privately-financed activities legally and operationally separate. Whether you're joining the Techleap Community, applying to a Deeptech & Ecosystem programme, working from the upcoming AI Hub, or partnering with us, you're working with Techleap. Behind the scenes, your engagement runs through the entity best suited to that work.
A quick map of how the parts fit together — publicly-funded work on one side, privately-financed operations on the other.
All entities operate under Techleap's common mission of helping founders building in the Netherlands grow and scale. Public and private activities each sit under their own Supervisory Board, with clear separation between funding sources to ensure compliance and give each kind of work the operational home it needs.
Publicly-funded work runs through Stichting DutchStartHub, the foundation that receives subsidy from the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
Today this means Deeptech & Ecosystem: scaling support for deeptech founders, valorisation of research, the State of Dutch Tech event and report, and ecosystem positioning across compute, energy, and other key deeptech verticals.
Funded by the Ministry of Economic Affairs of the NetherlandsPrivately-financed activities are held by Stichting Techleap, a not-for-profit foundation that anchors the mission across three operating entities, each funded outside of subsidy.
