Runs the place. Holds the team to its targets, keeps us honest about what members actually need, and looks after the wider relationships with Deeptech and the AI Hub.
Keeps the platform experience tight — fewer clicks, clearer flows, less friction. Designs and launches Circles, our peer-advisory product, and centralises founder research across the team.
Runs dealflow — sourcing, evaluating, and tracking the companies that move through Community, AI Hub, and the Fund. Delivers the Rise programme and supports the capital side of our international trips.
Owns the platform roadmap — what gets built, when, and why. Drives implementation alongside the team and keeps a clear eye on where the platform needs to go next.
Owns financial discipline across the organisation and the operational backbone of Circles — how it gets sold, run, and measured. Also looks after the HR and team operations that keep a small, fast team moving.
Owns events end-to-end — from concept to follow-up. Builds programmes that leave people inspired and in better contact with the right peers than when they walked in.
Drives the commercial strategy for the community, focusing on identifying strategic and industry partners who open the knowledge & networks to help our members scale. Leads the relationships with our Founding Members like Picnic, Adyen & Remote, who are a critical part of the scaling flywheel.
